Our European friends clued us in on using bergamot, a citrus fruit, as an specialty flavoring -- it is one of the defining ingredients of Earl Grey tea, and it inspired our fragrant creation. We love the bite the bergamot brings to the candy, especially when we add a pop of sea salt to contrast the sweetness. Try a box of the only Bergamot taffy in the world!
