Our European friends clued us in on using bergamot, a citrus fruit, as an specialty flavoring -- it is one of the defining ingredients of Earl Grey tea, and it inspired our fragrant creation. We use sugar and evaporated milk to brighten chips of pure chocolate, and add a toss of fine sea salt to compliment the cocoa. Our finishing crunch of large sea salt turns each chew into a fudgey treat!
