The owners and I collaborated to fine tune the flavor in this amazing seasonal signature taffy. Their secret is using a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, fresh black pepper, and a splash of angostura bitters for the perfect blend of spices. My secret is using Woods Cider Mill Cider Jelly made in Vermont. An incredible jelly that has nothing more than pure apples and a lot of love in each jar.
